Hello!

ISPConfig 3 is a great piece of software. I want to contribute with a little script, maybe somebody will make a module and insert it in ISPConfig 3 if it's usefull.

I use ISPConfig 3 in production on a small little used server and I have created a backup and restore script.
I've tryied to make myself understood in the script. The script can be used to backup a full or partial linux system with a full mysql dump.
My script is using only one full backup a month, the rest are...

Hi all,
I'm running ISPConfig 3.3.1 with Postfix, Dovecot, and RSpamd on Ubuntu 24.
Currently I have the following setup working:
- RSpamd detects password-protected archives via MIME_ENCRYPTED_ARCHIVE symbol (score = 15.0)
- Sieve rule redirects emails with X-Spam-Status: Yes and X-Spam-Score >= 15 to admin quarantine mailbox
- ClamAV is integrated for antivirus scanning via clamd socket
The current setup works well — password-protected archives are detected and sent to quarantine....

I've created a new well-documented plugin/extension for ISPConfig 3 to extend nicely the ISPConfig OOTB Jailkit, Shell-user and Git capabilities. I've published it in GitHub under the MIT license. I appreciate help on extending it / testing also. It is still new after all
Even it's still new, it is working already. I've tested it quite extensively, even on a Production server (but not a shared hosting). Just read carefully the COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER before proceeding.

I created an extension to allow customers to unblock themselves. Lately, it’s become a bit of a trend for people to lock themselves out, so I specifically configured my Fail2ban settings to restrict the web server jail to port 443 only, and added a separate port 8080 for ISPConfig. This way, the customer/user can still unblock themselves via ISPConfig. The package includes a README file with installation instructions.

[Fixed] Billing module not finalizing invoices

For some reason or another I am unable to finalize invoices. When I click finalize it just scrolls to the top of the page. I'm not getting any errors or anything which makes it hard for me to try and figure it out.

Recently I came across the demand to install WP frequently, I immediately remembered that ISPConfig used to offer Installer Apps. And throughout its evolution it was discontinued!
There is the possibility of reactivating this option for installation for personal use. Can anyone help by sharing experiences?

I operate multiple ISPC3-Server with billing Addons for myself and my resellers. Unfortunately has one Standalone Server stoppt creating PDF invoides. Because all Servers should have the same setup and update status, it's unclear to me where the error originates from.

I need to migrate my ISPconfig 3.3 instalation to a new faster server but the toolkit cannot do it because of the new version. are there any details on when the update is coming for the new toolkit?

Need some help with conf-custom

When creating a new site, I want to load a template site that also contains .php and directories. As far as I can tell, this isn't easy to do in ispconfig via /usr/local/ispconfig/server/conf-custom, but perhaps I'm missing something. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction to make this possible?

I've been considering purchasing the product. I noticed that one of the features of version was "Modern Systemd integration." Will this run without systemd? I run a system that is debian based, but does not have all of the heft and instability of systemd.

I was just working with a customer regarding a recurring item. There doesn't seem to be any problems with any of the templates involved. For quite a while the payment gateway was not working (due to my stupidity)and was disabled when the recurring item was created. Now the payment gateway (paypal) works just fine and payments are recorded back and all is well there. However, the invoice that was sent today had the payment gateway set to "none" which, of course, disables the payment...

I will move my physical ISPConfig Server 1:1 to an VPS in an other location. So I install a new Debian 12 + ISPConfig following your Tutorial, buy the Migration Toolkit License and follow the Tutorial there. But the new server is in an other location with a new IPv4 and IPv6 address. Will it then work too. Also I the original server hast still to run until I have changed all my DNS, as it works a primary DNS for 7 Domains.
Any hints what I have to pay attention?
