Problem after delete user

I delete an user, after that i try several times to empty the recycle bin but after two days i still get

Any tip on how to fix it, i need a new account whit the same name and i ever get this error:

Ok, then you can try to manually delete theuser from isp_isp_user, isp_nodes, and isp_dep. But make sure you delete the right records, because there's a high risk that you mess up your database! I'd create a database backup before you do this!
