Sorry I think I posted this in the wrong place before. I am running isp with debian etch. I have just added a second website and the email will not work for that site. Do I need the MX records to point to that site or the server. I am new to this and a little confused. Not sure what information I need to provide so just let me know.

Please make sure that the site (www.domain.com) has a co-domain (domain.com) with empty hostname field.

Also make sure that the MX record for domain.com points either to the hostname of the server or the domain name.

Thanks for the response. When I try to create a co domain it tells me that name is in use by another domain. I do have a hostname called domain.org
I also have an MX record mail.mydomain.org pointing to the external ip, would that be correct

The first web site I set up let me add a co-domain and everything works great. I have deleted the second website and emptied the recycle bins. I created a new client and went to "ISP Site" and setup the second website. Then I went to co-domains and put in domain.org and get an error that it is already in use or belongs to another client. What am I doing wrong.

Are you using domain.org for any of the other web sites?
Which ISPConfig version do you use?

No, both websites have completely different names. I am using version 2.2.19

Did you also check the CO-Domains?

    I'd upgrade to 2.2.21.
