Wanting to dual-boot Ubuntu 7.10 onto a running Windoze XP installation, I downloaded systemrescuecd -86 -0.4. All went well until, after the screen shown at para 3 of the howto I typed startx after the prompt time xx:xx root......sysresccd /root % _ Screen went grey then "Out of range" appeared but no mini hard drive picture to double click on (even though I waited a very long time). Then had to reboot via switch on CPU, same result as before. What am I doing wrong? BTW Windoze still appears to boot, and work OK.
