I have installed Xen 3.1 on Debian etch using http://www.howtoforge.com/debian_etch_xen_3.1 - it all runs correctly. I can create Debian guests using; My question is, how can I create guests which is not the same as the host. So how to create a guest running Fedora or Centos on my Debian machine.
Please run ls -l /usr/lib/xen-tools to find out which distributions are supported by xen-tools, as shown here: http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu-7.10-server-install-xen-from-ubuntu-repositories For RPM-based distros such as Fedora, you must use rpmstrap instead of debootstrap.
Thanks, but what must be the value of --mirror= ? Or is there any howto to installing a dist using rpmstrap?
