Hello! I just installed ISPconfig in CentOS 5.0, following step by step all instructions and all have installed withour any error but... When I create a customer, and then create a site, it's created in the ISPconfig panel, but it seems like no user created in the system... because cant login in ftp, neither in webftp, and there is no folder in the /home for the user created in ISPconfig... The only one thing that i can do is login into my client panel in ISPconfig Any ideas? I would thank you very much!
Please be aware that ISPConfig users can not login by FTP. You will have to create a email user for this on the user & email tab of the website.
