I have a question ..: ) So, if I have e.g. 2 domains dom1: domain1.ro; dom2: domain2.ro , can I have 2 email addresses for example [email protected] and [email protected] at the same time???. Yes you can. The real name with ISPconfig will be web1_admin (for domain domain1.ro), and web2_admin (for domain domain2.ro).

OK, I understand. When I send an email from [email protected] to [email protected], it will appear that the mail is from [email protected]. Is that right? Now, it is possible with some configuration, that the sender email address ([email protected]) to become in [email protected] when [email protected] gets the mail ?; and when he replies to my mail (to [email protected]) the mail to be sended to [email protected] ? Yes it's possible, I guess that you are sending the email with somekind of webmail program like UebiMiau Webmail, RoundcubeWebmail or Squirrelmail. If so, you can set the senders email in the configuration! Login on the webmail program, and find the configuration option. When you send an email with an email client like Outlook (express), the correct email will show up automatically (except when you look in the mail headers)
Technically, there is a way to remove the prefix, however I do not recommend it as this will not allow you to make two users like you are wondering. For example you could not have [email protected] and also [email protected]. Because the usernames on the server would be the same. However I suppose this could come in handy if you would like. Here is how to do it... Log into ISPConfig Web Management, and then click management > System Config > Settings > User Prefix and just remove that. You can also change that to a few different things, for example if you want the domain name you can keep [DOMAIN]_ or you could put something like [HOST] or [WEBID]

I can't tell a user he can't setup a certain email account cause another user on another domain already uses it?
Yes, this is no problem at all. Just make sure you don't remove the web[no]_ prefix for your usernames!
