configuring mod_rewrite

hi, is it possible to configure mod_rewrite through ispconfig. because the module is loaded. but it isnt working

 

You can put the mod_rewrite directives into the Apache Directives field in ISPConfig.

 

um, so what do i exactly put into the Apache Directives field? i tried with just putting "mod_rewrite" into the field and it dinnt work. I am new to this

Yes, you can put your rewrite rules in the global section of the Apache configuration.

 

hi i m having the same problem. actually not a problem yet since i don't know which file to add or edit could you please give me an example file for mod_rewrite? and where should it be stored?
