Perfect OpenVPN Setup

Can someone make or post a howto on OpenVPN. (NAT/Port Forward)
"Net to Net" and Roadwarriors scenario.

Sole purpose of the machine is to act as VPN server and nothing else.

Good OpenVPN Tutorial

There is a good tutorial that I wrote for Ubuntu Dapper Drake. It takes a step-by-step guide to openvpn (much like the howtoforge tutorials).
