remastersys

    I have a queation i have used remastersys program and when i try to install it on another pc it asks for a password. Do you now that password?

    Does the system which was backed up (from disk-not the cd/dvd) ask for a password when You turn the computer on ?

    yes and the user that is logged in is ubuntu.

    Question my home folder on laptop where i ran remastersys looks like
    /home/v_7.10/brett

    will that cause a problem not being /home/brett

    I have 2 partitions 1 for version 8.04 and 1 for version 7.10

    Did you try that user on the other system?
