Maybe the permissions of /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamd.conf are wrong? What's the output of
    Code:
    ls -l /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamd.conf
    ?

    Did you disable AppArmor?

    ls -l /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamd.conf
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 admispconfig admispconfig 11 2008-05-06 21:06 /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamd.conf -> clamav.conf

    Ok, what's the output of
    Code:
    ls -l /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamav.conf
    ?

Can you disable AppArmor like this:
    Code:
    /etc/init.d/apparmor stop
    update-rc.d -f apparmor remove

    Here it is:

    Code:
    ls -l /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamav.conf
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 admispconfig admispconfig 6,3K 2008-05-06 21:06 /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/etc/clamav.conf

I have no Apparmor installed, as you can see:

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/apparmor stop
-bash: /etc/init.d/apparmor: Nessun file o directory

    update-rc.d -f apparmor remove
Removing any system startup links for /etc/init.d/apparmor ...
