Question about Spamsnake on 8.04

I'm on section 9.24.3 of the Spamsnake how-to, and am not exactly clear as to where this configuration is supposed to be set? Do I set it in the Mailwatch web interface under Lists (Whitelist/Blacklist)?
Or in a config file?

That needs to be done in your MailWatch --> List section.

 

Okay, so the from line is 127.0.0.1, To: is "default", and the end of the address is "Delete" and checked as whitelisted?
