I have successfully installed the cband mod (ubuntu server 6.06) and it's working great except I don't know how to add limit per user.

My web site is using basic authentication for the site with passwd file. The online documentation for cband is down (http://cband.linux.pl/documentation) so my question is, is it possible to limit the users from the passwd file their download more precisely? I do not want to add limit for the system users, just for the users of the basic authentication for the web site.

The mod_cband project seems to be dead, so I don't have access to the documentation either... :(

Too bad it seems that its doing the job perfectly if you know how to set it up :(.

    Anyone knows any alternatives?

You still can look for existing cband tutorials independent of cband's official site through google, yahoo, etc.

Yeah, that's obvious, but non of them mentions the case I specifically need.
