uhm, can anyone help? any ideas? what can i do to fix this? my recycle bin always shows "The system is currently updating the configuration files."
ive fixed it, i noticed the lockfile in that path, i did a reinstall of 2.2.25 and this bug has gone away... but now i have an issue with 2.2.25: http://howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?p=146632#post146632
