problem with awstats

Hi i have ispconfig server on ubuntu 7.10 and ispconfig is 2.2.16. I install awstats and it works in all of my sites except from one.The awstats directory is empty.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

does this site have a web.log in his log directory?

 

sorry for the delay. yes there is a error.log file. the only thing that says about awstats is :
[Fri Jan 23 17:19:52 2009] [error] [client 79.103.142.70] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /var/www/web8/web/awstats/
