i've put ssl on main site of ispconfig but after installation i return at http normal..now i don't know which is the website with the ssl because i've touch the config.inc.php and the http.conf files for deativate ssl now when try to created a new website and check the SSL it say me that exist already a SSL for this site.. how can deativate the SSL definally on main back-end of ispconfig?
You will have to change the httpd configuration for the webserver on port 81. the configuration file is located in /root/ispconfig/httpd/conf/
i've follow the guide , change the http.conf with http.conf_http and in the config.inc.php change the url_info of the server... i do this and the back-end panel starts without https but when i want put ssl on other virtual server say me that exists a SSL ..but where????
The controlpanel and the virtual server have nothing to do with each other as they run on different ports! The reason for the error message that you get is that you have created a website were you enabled the SSL checkbox. Just disable the checkbox there and enable it on the new website. If you deleted the ssl website, make sure that aou also emptied the recycle bin.
There are no other solutions as there is just this reason and solution, just do what I suggested if you want to solve the problem.
