Hi everyone, I have a very serious problem. I cannot a create new mail user at all. When trying to create new user, I get following message: "The user name has to contain a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 32 letters or figures and has to begin with a letter." However, the username is long enough and it begins with a letter. I have tried all possible combinations with no success. I have allready checked the following link: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-5971.html I tried to modify isp_username.plugin.php file, but it didn't help. I also tried to comment the error message line, but it didn't help. (Well, after that I didn't get the warning message of course=) ). What could be wrong with my ISP_config?
Hi, Problem is with every username / domainname at this moment. No matter how many letters or numbers is in username.
Can you post an example username? Are you maybe using an @ or any other special characters in the username?
