    Yes.
Now you can have different services to different servers in ISPConfig3.

    Sounds great!

I can't really imagine how this works, but I'll give it a try.
Do you plan to start a wiki?
I can't help you programming this thing, but I would like to help you.

I think a Wiki with all the FAQs and Installation Manuals would be great.
You could also use it for the manual.

Please note that it's not possible to update from 2 to 3 as ISPConfig 3 is a completely new software!

I think the better of me suitable ISPConfig creators:).
A few days spent on the change from version 2 to 3 but I think from now is ok.
Yet I have to do SSL certificates and quote on remote servers because on the local of ISPConfig, everything is ok.

Do I have to install all the Servers first, or can I install a whole in one now and split it later when I need it?

There are several ways to plant:

    - Install apache + php + mysql to install ISPConfig Master (with expert installation options you choose and do not configure services except installation panel ISPConfig)
Here you have a master server and join other servers.
On one of MySQL can be a second ftp site with a third dns.

    - First, install all the web services, mysql, dns, ftp, and install standard ISPConfig.
Here you have all except the server ready for hosting, it could include further as above.
One can be a DNS second and the third post at another.
I prefer to place the order to include master and slave servers (MySQL to a second post and the third website with FTP).
In both cases, you can attach to another server in services.

I tried the vm, and it really looks great.

Just a few questions came up.

What is the vserver and the fileserver possibillity good for?
Is it possible to restrict the imap access for choosen clients?
How does the notification work if the space (mail/web) reaches the limit? I had some probblems with the "old" Ispc.

vserver and fileserver is not implemented yet. Imap access can not be restricted by client. There is no notification yet.

    Hi,

Thanks for this great product and all the tutorials that are available on the HowToForge. I have succesfully installed ISPConfig3. I was wondering if there were any tutorials on how to set it up on multiple servers. I saw lots of bits of pieces of info here and there, but I can't make much of it. If someone could lay out a few steps on what needs to be done, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks.
