Help Server on media temple

Srs. I need help with apache configuration of a server hosted at Media Temple, the server will soon bankrupt many users, my config file is this: View attachment httpd.txt
The error log is this: View attachment error-log.txt
[emerg] (22)Invalid argument: couldn't grab the accept mutex

 

What exactly isn't working?

 

it seems that the Apache server crashes when traffic is heavy, that's why we publish the cfg and log.
