I have update my system from ispconfig 3.0.1.1 to 3.0.1.3 and i have noticed that i can't create or delete databases. I can create the database/user throw the web interface, the database is visible by the ispconfig 3 interface but the phpmyadmin can't see them because they don't exist! The databases that have been created manually are visible (i mean from phpmyadmin) and work. Before the update the database function was just fine. edit: system log seams ok Thx 4 your time
Do not create databases manually, ispconfig is not able to intgrate them and if you try to create such a database again in ispconfig the system will stop with an error until you deleted the database. Just testde this and it works fine for me in ispconfig 3.0.1.3. Are you sure that you did not change the root password of your mysql database?

Having multiple server.php instances running normally means there was an error. Check the system log of ispc for errors. Try to delete the /usr/local/ispconfig/server/temp/.ispconfig.lock file manually
