When I add a domain to ispconfig 3.0.1.3 it does not generate the config file but does add it to the database. I set the debug flag as said in another post and here is what keeps repeating Code: 07.06.2009-01:05 - DEBUG - There is already a lockfile set. EDIT: I found and removed the lock file manually and it added the vhost. Can you add a check to see if the lockfile is stuck? I rebooted at least 3 times and it persisted through boot.
The lock file is removed automatically after 10 minutes, so no need to check for it manually. For the original problem, please check the system log in the monitor for errors or warnings.
For some reason mine stayed around for over 4 hours. Got desperate and removed it my self and that fixed the issue.
