Installed isp config, lost my apache vhosts on CentOS

I had several vhosts configured in my apache configuration. Once I installed isp config, and try to visit one of the vhosts, I get a 403. I believe the error is being caused by apache serving all the requests out of a default or single vhost (possibly a new isp config related vhost?).

I can't find anything useful (error wise) in any logs.

    Has anyone seen this before?

ISPConfig is not meant or designed to be installed on a system with configured sites on it already.

Do you have backup copies of your various web service configurations so that you can recreate them through the ISPConfig interface?

I've wiped my system and performed a clean install according to "The Perfect Server - Fedora 11 x86_64 [ISPConfig 2]"....but I'm having workflow issues with ISP Config now.
