Hello, I have a user (ID 8) in my ISPConfig2 2.2.29 installation with no databases in the "Options" tab plus no database for his ID in mysql (checked using phpmyadmin), and this is fine. But when I try to add a database for this user (he has a limit of 1 in the basis config) the system returns "The maximum number of databases for this site has been reached.". I checked the table "isp_isp_datenbank" in the ispconfig database and there is actually an entry for this user (web8db1 web8u1). how can I resync this user either recreating what's missing or removing the partial configs and start over?
Please make a backup of your ispconfig database and then delete the record in the isp_isp_datenbank table and also the database web8db1
