missing 250-AUTH LOGIN

    Hi

    I've been following the Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL And SquirrelMail (Debian Lenny) howto, but have run into problems with authentication.

    after telnetting I get

    220 mail.xxx.nl ESMTP Postfix (Debian/GNU
    250-mail.xxx.nl
    250-PIPELINING
    250-SIZE 30720000
    250-VRFY
    250-ETRN
    250-STARTTLS
    250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
    250-8BITMIME
    250 DSN

    with no auth login listed. Any pointers as to why this may be happening?

    What's in /etc/postfix/main.cf?

    It's working now. A lot of crud from another howto was in there. I started again with a clean main.cf and it's fine.
