when trying logging to mail account through POP exutlook express is allowing only using web account name instead of mail user name. Ex: only allow for web2_admin instead of [email protected] is there any way to sort out this issue to logging using only [email protected]
This is the normal way to connect to a ISPConfig 2 server as ISPConfig 2 uses Linux system users and the username of such a user is for example web2_admin and not the email address. If you want to use virtual users like [email protected], then use ispconfig 3 and not 2.
