This has nothing to do with config files. Forwards are set in ispconfig. Looks as if you have already a mailbox for this email address, so delete the mailbox and add a forwarder instead.
Use of EMAIL FORWARD function Hi, what I have to do, when I want both of this: 1) forward every email from my mailbox to my gmail account, 2) and to use webmail on my server to administrate email in my mailbox too? Yes, of couse I have a mailbox - are you saying, that Iam not allowed by ISP CONFIG 3 to do it? There was not this problem on ISPC CONFIG 2....
