    Hi all,

I have recently started working in a department where a mail system was set up following this tutorial. I now need to do some forwardings for people who have left the group, so the goal is to get a certain e-mail address in my domain to be redirected to another address in a different domain (for example, to gmail). I've seen that the forwardings table does not redirect to other domains. Any idea on how could I do this?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

You can forward emails to a different domain.

I have looked at it again and it seems that it does redirect to a different domain, but only if the user doesn't exist.
For example, I don't have a user 'admin' in the users table, and if I define a 'admin -> [email protected]' entry in the forwarding table it does work.
However, if there's a user 'foo' in the users table and I insert a 'foo -> [email protected]' entry in the forwarding table, it will ignore it and deliver straight to foo's inbox.

    What have I missed?

    Thx!
