Hi Falko and Till, I have a problem in order to login as reseller in my ISPConfig installation. Seems that I cannot login because the reseller has uses more traffic than I want to assign to him but I am not assigning to him nothing, I am trying to change only the password. This is the message that I can see after the click on the save button inside the Reseller details page: The reseller already uses more traffic than you want to assign to him. Code: Sites used: 14 of unlimited Diskspace used: 1800 MB of 3000 MB Users used: 16 of unlimited Domains used: 30 of unlimited Master Zones created: 0 of unlimited Slave Zones created: 0 of unlimited Databases created: 5 of 25 thanks
The reseller login is not bound to any traffic limitation. Even if he had used more traffic he is staill able to login into ispconfig interface. The traffic limit is only applied to the websites and not the ispconfig login.

This error might appaer in the reseller form when you are already logged in as admin user but it can never appaer in the login form when you are not logged in and try to login as this reseller as you claimed above. So, how many traffic did you assign to this reseller on the limits tab?
Sorry I have explain you in a bad way. I mean that when this particular reseller login a simple error login message appears. When I try to reset a password for him the message posted appears. I have set: Code: Diskspace MB: 4500 Traffic MB: 2500 thanks for your help
A reseller of mine is blocked by the ISPConfig login. If I try to reset his password as ADMINISTRATOR I get the message : "The reseller already uses more traffic than you want to assign to him.". what have I do?!
