Email domain problem

Hello, from the identity pane of roundcube I can see the user name but the email field it's like [email protected].

I wish not create anymore this kind of identities instead i'd like [email protected]

What i need to modify?

but this way i need to edit every account one by one, i need "correct" identity by default
