Yes, it can take a few minutes. If you have to run setup again, make sure that you run: mkdir /root/ispconfig before you try to update again or you might loose the sytsem configuration. Make sure that you removed temporary files and folders in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/temp (except of the webmail and roundcube folders, in case they exist. And plaese make more appropriate thread subjects in furture...
