what is my IP's in my VMware server and how can i conficurat it

i was download Fedora 8 Server Setup: LAMP, Email, DNS, FTP, ISPConfig VMware Image and wont to change default ip with my ip's, please tell me how can i faind ip's thet i can us in my VMware server, and all configurations options for VMware server to conect with my server from net
