    Hello All,

I Installed and configured ISPConfig 3 on a CentOS 5.4.
The Installation was successful and I could log in the ISPConfig Web Admin interface.
I checked that all required services are up and running in the Monitor:
    Web-Server: Online
    FTP-Server: Online
    SMTP-Server: Online
    POP3-Server: Online
    IMAP-Server: Online
    myDNS-Server: Online
    mySQL-Server: Online

I tryed then to log into the Webmail (SquirrelMail) interface and I receive "Unknown user or password" with the user postmaster.
The user postmaster is existant on the OS and I can log into the account without any problem.
I'll greatly appreciate if someone could help fix this.
    Best regards.

Here is the Mail.log I captured from the ISPConfig mail log:

Please create an A record for ispcfgserver01.intellix-fact.com.

Can you log in with other accounts that you created in ISPConfig?

    Hi Falko,
You mean I should create the A record for ispcfgserver01.intellix-fact.com in ISPConfig interface or at the ISP ?
I am not able to log in with any user on the system.
    Thanks for your help.
    Cheers.

That depends on what DNS servers are authoritative for the intellix-fact.com domain. you can find that out by running
    Code:
    dig ns intellix-fact.com
But you created email accounts in ISPConfig, didn't you?
What's in the mail log when you try to log in?
