Can't edit users

    Hi guys,

    Recently upgraded from an older version of ispconfig to the latest (2.x.x) available.

    How when I go to edit users under websites I can see the first tab [User & Email], but can't save it and can't even click onto the [Advanced Settings] and [Spamfilter & Antivirus] tabs.

    I get the error "The username is already in use."

    However, editing a user made /since/ the upgrade works fine.

    What should I do?

    Please check if the user is listed in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/users, and remove him from that file if that is the case.

    Thanks Falco, that works great.

    Am I correct in thinking that this file holds a list of exclusions from editing?

    This file contains all users that exist on the system when ISPConfig is installed (to prevent that you create a user in ISPConfig that's already existing).
