Looks as if your webserver is not listening on localhost. Make sure that it listens on all IP's incl. 127.0.0.1

Looks like I have the same issue!

    Web-Server: Offline
    FTP-Server: Online
    SMTP-Server: Online
    POP3-Server: Online
    IMAP-Server: Online

After I changed the IP on my system, the web-server service is offline. Can someone please educate me on how to troubleshoot this and fix it please?
    Thanks in advance!
