Looks as if your webserver is not listening on localhost. Make sure that it listens on all IP's incl. 127.0.0.1

What about other services? Well I got the same problem, but in my case, POP3 and IMAP were the fallen servers :S take a look mate... Do you think you can help? thanks!

Web-Server: Offline FTP-Server: Online SMTP-Server: Online POP3-Server: Online IMAP-Server: Online After I changed the IP on my system, the web-server service is offline.
