FTP Down?

    Hello I currently run Debian 5.0 64-bit system I used the guide and did everything it said, but everytime I try to start the FTP ISPConfig see's it as down and this is the error I get when I try to connect.

    Any help?

    I'm really not a specialist, but maybe : Isn't it a firewall problem ?

    No I read more into it, it's because I have an OpenVZ VPS so I have to do all this fun handy dandy confusing stuff.
