I used until now passdb shadow, so, I could see the user mailbox of everybody(webmin). Do you know if I can do it now with ISPConfig? Because, under "Email Mailbox", for each email account there is a link to: http://192.168.1.1:8080/mail/webmailer.php?id=XXX But it links to nowhere.... Thanks
You can set the correct link to the webmail system that you want to use on your server in ispconfig under system > interface config. If you followed the perfect server guide to install your server, then the webmail url is http://192.168.1.1/webmail/
In fact, you are right, it links to SquirrelMail, but do not login automatically, For admin reasons, I need to login without the password. I could do it under Webmin, but I wasn't using virtual domains. Thanks!
You can open a shell and navigate to Maildir of a user - there are three directories, cur, new, and tmp. The is one mail per file and you can view or edit them using the cat or vi command.
I can read using SSH and VIM, but only I know how to do it here. so, there is no option of reading the e-mails in a web interface? There is no ISPConfig plugin, no roundcube plugin? Thank you
Why should there be a plugin that allows the admin to read the emails of users. In most countrys thats even forbidden.
