    Hey,

yesterday I added phpmyadmin.domain.com and webmail.domain.com. Everything worked fine, untill I activated ssl. With http the correct sites show up, but https both times opens phpmyadmin and its certificat. I set up different sites, ftp, certificates, ...

    Greets,
    Bjoern

If you want to use ssl, you need a dedicated IP address for every ssl site. If more then one site shares the IP of a ssl site, then the first site with that IP will show up when you use https://.

Is there a way to use the same (selfsigned) cert for all domains?

No, as a SSL cert is assigend to one vhost and one vhost points to one directory. If you want to have ssl for all websites with self sigend SSL certificates, then you need a dedicated IP address for every website and then create a self signed certificate for every website.
