    Hello,

    I´ve 2 ip´s to my system.

I´ve already add it to my network card and i can access throught it.

I would like to use the 2 ip´s as nameservers for some websites but i can only choose one IP when i create a new website.

Can anyone tell me how can i use the 2 ip´s to one site to use it as a secondary dns?

When i put the ip in a browser and i try to access ispconfig panel it works fine.

And if i don´t set any port (use default 80) apache says: "It works!"

    Thanks in advances.

    Rogério

You mean you want to use both IPs for your web sites in ISPConfig? You must add them under System > System > Server IP addresses.

    Hi Falko,

I want that the same website use both ip´s.

I´ve already done it but when i use the second ip in the browser it says "it works".

How can i select the 2 ip´s for the same website? Do i have to create a dns zone for this too?

    Thank you

You want to use two IPs for one web site? Why?

I've never heard of such a configuration...

    Hello Falko,

I thought i could use the 2 ips as Nameservers. But for that i think i need to use them in the websites.

So how can i use 2 nameservers (2x IP) if i only use one?

    Regards

By your questions is easy to say in your case is better to pay somewone to teach you the basic and then go alone again, just buy a vps and pay somewone to configure.
If you need somewone thats speaks portuguese can speak to me. Else use the ispconfig team.

    Thats only my opinion.

Web sites have nothing to do with name servers.
You can run one name server on your system and then point ns1.yourdomain.com to IP1 and ns2.yourdomain.com to IP2, so that both hostnames in fact use the same name server.

    Hi Falko,

So i just need to add the ip to the network card and is not needed to add to ispconfig (if i don´t want to use it in any site)?

    Kind Regards
