There is certain info that I don't get in awstats, like "Search Keyphrases", "Connect to site from", "Robots/Spiders visitors (Top 10)" and a couple of others. I tried changing the log format in the awstats.conf file from 4 to 1 and that seemed to display the missing info, but it didn't seem to record all the visits to each site, so I have changed it back to 4, now the visits seemed to have improved, but the other info isn't displayed. Is this just a config issue, or something else, what log format should it be using?
Is it possible for someone who has this working correctly to post their "etc/awstats/awstats.conf" config file, so I can compare mine ( especially the log format setting ). Cheers

the same problem, I use ubuntu 10.4 and today update de awstas and the problem continues; any solution?
