Emails aren't marks with X headers (x-spam)

    Hello, emails are not marked with the x-spam headers. Why?, Can you help?

    Mail accounts are configured to use the policy "normal".

    My configuration is attached in pictures.

    Please set spam tag level 1 to "1" and spam tag level 2 to a value like 4 or 3.5.

    The spam and antivirus scanner is running fine:
