Hi, I'm going to migrate a running System (Ubuntu 9.04, ISPConfig 3) to a new System (Debian 6, ISPConfig3). I plan to do it by this little howto: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9211&highlight=move+ispconfig The new installation I'll use this howto: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-squeeze-with-bind-and-courier-ispconfig-3 My old System was installed using this howto: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-9.04-ispconfig-3 On the old system all emails are in /var/vmail. What do I have to consider when moving the mails to the new server. Usually the mails are lying in /var/www/<<customer-dir>>, right? Thanks!
Installed a new server following the tutorial and mails are also in /var/vmail so no change there I suppose
