[Fixed] [Ubuntu 11.04] SSH jailed user problem

I`ve recently installed ISPConfig 3 on ubuntu 11.04 using the perfect server how-to.
Everything went smooth and is working well.
Except the ssh users, without the jailkit it works fine but with jailkit it immediatly drops out putty after entering the login details.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
There are no clues in the several logs.

    Regards,

  2. Hi,

Maybe you have the same issue I reported.

    http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53815

It has been fixed in svn according to Till now.

If just updating the password or quota through the control panel for such jailkit user fixes your login problem, you probably are hitting the same issue.

That indeed fixed the problem, nice.

Is there an easy way for me to update to the latest rev?

Or should I just add the line that they gave in your thread to the "shelluser_jailkit_plugin.inc.php"?

Just replace the line in the plugin. The fix has not been relaesed yet and production systems should never be updated to svn version.
