Hello, I have spf record (working perfectly) on domain domain1111.com with text: v=spf1 ip4:999.999.999.999/29 -all In the other domains, I have: v=spf1 include:domain1111.com Will it work? or I have to specify "v=spf1 ip4:999.999.999.999/29 -all" for every vhost dns zone? Is there a way (if is not this...) to share a spf record for all domains? Regards,
This will work .. setup a SPF in your "main" domain.. Then for all your other domains you can set the "include:maindomain.tld". For more info check out: http://old.openspf.org/mechanisms.html#include
Hi friend, Did you had any troubles using redirect modifier? http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showpost.php?p=257919&postcount=3 Dipesh
Hello, I have been successfully using redirect modifier in SPF for couple of my domains, and it works well. You may post some more details here to check what goes wrong with your domains. Dipesh
Exsamples are good. Here are some examples om what you are trying to do, which is working. Im here using Danish Tv2 as example. In a linux shell try use host -t txt doman.xxx the include spf.messaging.microsoft.com contains. and on it goes with "include's" Make sure you first spf is valid, with no "spaces" or " the wrong places, also putting ind a extra "0" to make the ip look like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx f.x 012.12.0123.102 is a bad idea some system are able handle this other is not. Just notes from the "field"
