I'm not sure I follow. Is you secondary server set as a mirror of the first? If so how has it become out of sync?

If it was made mirror after the creation of records on the first, you can make a slight change to a record and it should rewrite on the mirror.

I believe on the svn there is tool to resync

First off, thank you for your reply!

absolutely in this case, I know make a slight change is work, But I have very much records, I don't want to change the records one by one! So, I had tried "Resync" tool and it's not work!(resync dns records only). such as "domain tab", "email tab" .... unable to resync.

Has any other tools can solve this problem? thanks!

There are no ready made scripts available that I'am aware of. What you can do is that you rewrite the dns resync script (which does dns records only as the name states ;) to do a resync for the tables / users that are out of sync in your setup.
