Hi guy's, I'm not sure if I'm at the right category but here is my problem. I have a perfectly installed Fedora 12 ISPConfig 3 server and a internal radiusmanager server. I need the radiusmanager server to send mail (client information ect.) via the ispconfig server (relay server). When I try to send a mail to my gmail account from radiusmanager, it keeps on rejecting. The radiusmanager is using sendmail and the only changes I have made in the config is to add a relay server: Here is the Radiusmanager mail log: Here is my Radiusmanager mail config: Relay access for radman@***eless.co.za has beed added on ispconfig and it's still not working. Here is ISPConfig mail log: If I allow the Radius Manager mailer script to send the mail directly without relaying, Spamcop keeps on blacklisting my static internet ip, that is why I want to use ISPConfig as a relay Any help plz Thanks in Advance
How can I add an account username and password on Sendmail for outgoing mail server to accept the authentication on ispconfig? Or how can I deactivate the authentication on an ispconfig mail account? Any suggestions?
Normally you don't need to authenticate on localhost. If you want to relay from another server, then you need an email account username (= email address) plus its password. I have outlined the steps for Postfix here: http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_relaying_through_another_mailserver
