    Any errors in Apache's error logs or your mail log?

    Please add /var/spool/squirrelmail/ to the open_basedir directories on the Options tab of the website in ISPConfig.

    Add /var/spool/squirrelmail/attach to the open_basedir path.

    I have the same issue. I tried the mentioned solutions in the links and no results .... any other suggestions?
