hi, i download and install ispconfig 2.2.3 but my ssh screen is disconnected on compile screen... after restart ispconfig and all services is down and not running .. i try re-upgrade ispc 2.2.3 but ispc can't find old configs and can't runing auto upgrade.. ------------------ ./setup 1) de 2) en 3) es 4) fr 5) it 6) nl 7) pl 8) se Ihre Wahl: / Your Choice: / Votre Choix: Please select the installation mode. In standard mode standard values are assumed for these questions. 1) standard 2) expert Your Choice: ---------------------- my /root/ispconfig directory is empty.. /home/ispconfig is ok. please help.
ISPConfig creates a backup before it starts the upgrade. Please check if you have a file with the name root_[todays date and the time you started the upgrade].tar.gz in your /tmp directory. If the file is there, copy it to the / directory and extract it with: tar xvfz your_root_targz_filename.tar.gz If you are not sure that the contents of /home/admispconfig are still intact, you better restore the file for the home/admispconfig too. Its the exact same procedure then with the root file. There is also a backup of your mysql database in /tmp, that can be restored if your databases is not there. Hint. Use the program screen to prevent SSH sessions from getting lost when you where disconnected.

If you can login to ISPConfig again with the old backup, you may use this as well and upgrade to the latest ISPConfig version.
