ISPConfig 3.0.4.2 Debian 6.0 Squeeze After much searching I have not found a solution as to why I can not receive email from the ISPConfig server. Thunderbird can access the email accounts I set up but fetchmail does not get mail from domain registrar server nor can I send email from Thunderbird. I think it is a DNS issue, but the more I read the more confusing it gets. Here are the outputs for mail.log...netstat -tap...tail -n100 /var/log/messages and iptables -L Thanks in advance for any suggestions or links to the info I need. As my email is not working I will check this thread directly for any reply.
Are there any errors in your mail log (in the /var/log/ directory)? Is the server hosted in a date center, or do you use a dynamic IP for it?
Here is the mail log: The server is mine with a static IP. I am now receiving email from my server but can not send...SMTP error I have the ISPConfig manual 3 but have not been able to correctly understand the mail and DNS settings.
