Dns error - hurry

From yesterday cannot resolve dns questions.

When try access from internet to server cannot resolve dns

Bind9 not resolve and nos transfer zone to domain administrator in my country

Is the BIND master working? Do you see any BIND errors in /var/log/syslog on the master?
