After last server update, to centos 5.8. startup scripts are gone.
    So are folders for ispconfig.
I cant find anything. The database are there, containing data.
The server files in /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/ are there.
But the rest are gone.. Or I cant find them... Where should I look. Its a standard install from your perfect guide centos 5.5 i think i was.

All websites are working, all e-mails working. But everything under ispconfig on port 8080 are dead. the server the webmail etc.

    What should I do??

    And what could have happend??

ISPConfig 3 has no startup scripts, so they cant be gone :)

Most likely your update replaced some apache config files. Download the ispconfig 3 tar.gz, unpack it and run the update.php script. Select that ispconfig shall reconfigure services during update.

    OK..

Are there anything I have to do before running the update script?

No, just run the update. It is no problem when the update is the same version then the one that is currently installed.

After you wrote there no startup scripts was in ispconfig 3, and you mentioned possible change in apache config-files, i went through apache config.
All seemed OK, so I tried to stop apache and start it again.

    Now everything are running.

Thanks for the quick replies :)
